Brindaavanam Audio Review

Seriously, I do not have any expectations on Thaman's latest album Brindaavanam, since his previous 3 albums sucked. Since its Jr.NTR's album I just wanted to give a try. This is the first time Jr.NTR is coming with a soft title much contrast to what his image is. Let us see whether or not I have changed my opinion on Thaman.

 1. Adirinaade Chinnado

Kinda routine music from Thaman, though the voice of Geetha Madhuri lifted the energy levels of the song. Will not rate this, since it is too short to rate :D

2. Yuvakula

Should say this song will be the least rated song in the entire album. Kind of college song, Might be the introduction song. Did not like this song at all.

3. Eyi Raja

I can confidently say this would be of the best songs in the recent times. The song is catchy, massy, foot tapping yet seemed like a folk one. Thought one of the best compositions from Thaman. This song would definitely make Jr.NTR fans go gaga in the theater. Shankar Mahadevan and shreya Ghoshal have done a fabulous job. I kinda liked the start of the song, got addicted to this song very much. Looks like a perfect blend of village folk and modern beats. Shreya Ghoshal has once again done Da magic.

4. Nijamena

Typical Karthik's melody, these kind of songs are tailor made songs for Karthik. Looked mostly like Yuvan's composition with heavy orchestrations. I really liked the lines "thom tanana thom" sung by Suchitra and "wanna wanna be with you honey" sung by Karthik.

5. Vachadura

Kind of Celebration song, started of very well with the voices of Keeravani and koti. The song was peak until the lines "Dola Dumaka Dol Balakrishnudochade", but after that thought the song is pretty normal. Though the song has its moments, on the whole pretty much ok kind of song.

6. Oopirage

Rahul Nambiar is a perfect choice for this song. When i heard this one for the first time, thought i have listened to this song before some where, though i couldn't figure where, this song should have been more romantic/ pathetic than what it is now. More orchestrations can sometimes take away the feel of the song, that is what happenned with this song.

7. Chinnado vaipu

Song started off with "Brindaavanamadi andaridi bit" and then took off with a regular mass beats. Sukhwinder's magic throught out the song, the starting male voice was horrible, no clue if it was supposed to be like that. But it looked more like we have heard this kind of songs before, should say a typical NTR song. Though the song is catchy and peppy, the song will not stand out but can expect typical NTR kinda dances. So looking forward for this song not only for NTR's steps but for the two beauties on the screen :D

8. Mojjaray

Fast, racy, peppy and catchy that is what i can say about this song. Sung by Baba Sehagal, didn't expect this to be too short. Hindi lyrics in the middle of the song were horrible.

On the whole, Brindaavanam songs are worth listening, though you could skip couple of songs from the second hearing. couple of songs will have a repeated hearing. To be very honest I have not expected any thing from Thaman after his Anjaneyulu, Shankam and Jayeebhava albums, but this album proved what Thaman is capable of. So, go grab a copy now.
