Story: well, Arvind is fun loving guy who lives life in comfort. Dhanalakshmi is a girl in search of her childhood boy friend. Dont go back and read again you read it right. She lives with her aunt as she lost her parents. Her aunt sets up a marraige with some one else for Dhana's property. She leaves the home and reaches Hyderabad(If i am not wrong), stays with her friend. Arvind fells in love with her at the very first sight. common guys u need to believe this, after all this is a cinema. Arvind tries to impress her. Due to few circumstances Dhana will be projected as if she has some amnesia and she doesnt remember what happened yesterday. From now-on-wards Arvind meets dhana happily and introduces himself every day. One fine day he expresses his love to Dhana. Dhana fires on arvind and tells her story and our hero's heart will be broken. After few incidents arvind starts helping her finding her childhood boy friend.
The remaining story is whether Dhana could find her childhood boy friend(Balaji). will Dhana marries Balaji and what happens to Arvind.

Performances:
Yasho sagar : I would not like to write even a single line about him because he is not even worth of it. Common yasho u r acting in a cinema and what the heck, y cant u act. If you ever get one more chance to act in a movie please dont laugh. No flexibility in action, dances, fights, even in dialogues. Sivaji's Dubbing is saving grace.
Sneha Ullal : presented in a traditional look, she did good justice to her role. She was good at her role. Damn!! she is hot.. Given an oppurtunity we can expect good results from her.
Suman Shetty could makes us laugh at times. Brahmanandam was excellent though he had very little time to spare on the screen. Dharmavarupu, sunil, venumadhav all are okay.
The 'Hutch' episode, 'Vaddu Saroja' Episode were hilarious.
Story- Screenplay - Direction: There isnt much story but the way director handles the story makes you interesting. the screenplay was okay. when ever you feel bore some good scene, may be a comedy one comes up and makes u laugh. Thats a good idea from the director as he is really dealing two debutants on the screen.
Karunakaran, who delivered a good hit with 'TholiPrema' and later didnt taste any success was on the track with ullasamga utsahamga. But he could not come out of his earlier movies as when u see the movie u could observe few incidents which were just similar to his previous movies. For example, introduction shot of the heroine.
Music - Photography - editing : All of them were good. picturisation of the songs were pleasant.
Production Values: Good.
BottomLine: The start of the movie is really bad, but it will be interesting as the movie progresses. First half of the movie is good and second half of the movie is okay. Hero is the worst chocie made.
