2010, is an year of movies and controversies. Many big films released this year bombed at the box-office where as few films like Prasthanam, Ye Maaya Chesave, Vedam had won critical acclaims but still not managed to make profits. Films like 'Mahesh' Khaaleja, Komaram Puli had suffered title controversies where as films like Adhurs had script controversies. Raktha Charitra, from the day it was announced it was surrounded by tons of controversies. This year marked the re-entry of the superstar director Ram Gopal Varma to telugu screen after around 10 years. 'Superstar' Mahesh came to silver screen after 3 years, Pawan Kalyan's Movie released after 2 and half years. Ram Charan Tej who scored big with Magadheera came with a soft romantic Movie Orange, which failed to impress. GunaSekhar made a re-entry after Sainikudu with Varudu which was declared a disaster. This year was fruitful to Nandamuri fans with their silver screen idol scoring big hit in Simha and Jr.NTR scoring hits with Adhurs and Brindavanam. Its been 3 long years since mahesh, the charming prince of Tollywood is seen on the big screen. He is back, and this time he made sure his presence felt stronger than ever. Trivikram who delivered one of the best to Mahesh with Athadu, handled the megaphone once again for Mahesh.

Yuganiki Okkadu Movie Review
Well, I have heard a lot of things about this movie, interested to watch it from the day it was released. Few of my friends told the movie is good, few completely trashed the movie calling it a complete crap and "arava paithyam". The movie is directed by Selva Raghavan with Karthi Sivakumar, Reema Sen and Andrea playing lead roles. Music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar. This movie somehow grabbed my attention with its interesting poster designs and comments made by my fellow movie goers.

Brindaavanam Audio Review
Seriously, I do not have any expectations on Thaman's latest album Brindaavanam, since his previous 3 albums sucked. Since its Jr.NTR's album I just wanted to give a try. This is the first time Jr.NTR is coming with a soft title much contrast to what his image is. Let us see whether or not I have changed my opinion on Thaman.

Vedam :: My Review
After directing the critical acclaimed movie Gamyam, Krish is back with a Muti-starrer (atleast they call it so!!!). I was pretty eager to watch the movie as it was directed by Krish who handled human emotions exceptionally well in Gamyam, for the prostitute character played by Anushka and the old man character played by Nagayya. Seriously I do have few expectations on the movie but not on the story, performances though.

Varudu :: My Review
Gunasekhar is back after around 40months with Varudu which deals about Telugu Marriage rituals. This movie has generated enough buzz among Telugu Movie Lovers as Guna has been trashed after making a dud, Sainikudu. Every one were eager to watch if Guna and Allu Arjun, who is widely recognized for his Story Selection could deliver a blockbuster this time.

Ye Maaya Chesave :: My Review
This is probably the first movie where the director handles two straight forward characters in love and this should be the first movie with that many conversations on screen. There were comments that the pace of the movie is disturbing, I wouldn’t care for the pace where dialogues are driving me crazy. I personally don’t like slow movies but I fell in love with Ye maaya chesave.

Leader :: My Review
Leader has a promising first half and a cinematic second half. The momentum is set high after the first half where as the second half fell flat and lets u down with unnecessary scenes occupying most of the screen time.
My Name Is Khan :: My Review
Karan Johar who usually deals with family emotions has shifted gears and made a serious film. The first half of the movie is well made with really heart touching moments, where as second half of the movie tests your patience at times.
Kedi :: My Review
Kedi disappoints with its unconvincing story and boring screenplay. The story and direction, both has to be blamed and Music is a big let down.
Namo Venkatesha :: My Review
Namo Venkatesha, is yet another disappointment after Chintakayala Ravi. Neither the story nor the comedy is interesting. Srinu should definitely rethink about comedy scenes. Music is also a big let down.
Adurs :: My Review
This is the first time NTR has done a full length comedy role. Though his chari character is entertaining, Narasimha character is a big let down. Climax is disappointing and placement of the songs are irritating.
Magadheera :: My Review
Magadheera is made with good technical values, flashback episode is itself worth to watch on the big screen. RCT is okay and Kajal is pretty. Keeravani has once again given his touch to both audio and BGM. The effort SSR put on this project is really appreciable.
Kick :: My Review
Surrender, famous for his action movies has made a full length entertainer with Raviteja. It is a tailor made subject for Raviteja and he is damn good as Kalyan. Ileana has put on some weight is looking gorgeous.

He does not like 'Bottu seenu' taking the command over. But due to few reasons there will be deal that 'Bottu seenu' should give 10% of his earned money through settlements. Sravani(Trisha) is a singer, who participates in Swaranjali Program to which Jayasurya(Brahmanandam) is the guest. 'Bottu Seenu' falls in love with Trisha.
'Sarath'(Nag), a software engineer working for Tata Indicom is a fan of sravani. Sarath falls in love with Trisha and Trisha likes Sarath.

Nagarjuna: After the gelled look in Don, Nag is back with his usual look and he is charming. Out of three roles he played Bottu seenu fared well and got a tremendous response from the theater. His introduction dialogue to Bottu seenu's character is good. He has done the three roles with immense ease. He is powerful as king, Massive as Bottu seenu and charming as sarath. His introduction as king and Bottu seenu were with fights and are shot well.
Trisha: She is cute and pretty. Her character has two shades, one is soft and the other with Telangana slang. She draws immense laughs from the audience with the telangana role, Thanks to sabita reddy, who has dubbed her voice for trisha. After Athadu this is the role where trisha has done comedy.
Srihari: After Dhee Srihari plays yet another prominent role in this movie and is the back bone of the entire comic episodes. He portrayed the role of an innocent don. His painting scenes were hilarious. He has stolen the entire show with his dialogue delivery, expressions and comic timing.
Unlike Dhee, Dubai seenu and ready Brahmanandam has a short role to play and he has done his job. One scene with nagarjuna is hilarious. Venumadhav - Srihari combo make you laugh. Master Barath, who has a special role in Srinu Vaitla's movie has done a short role and is good. Deepak has a very short role to play. Mamata Mohandas played a kind of vamp role and has nothing much to perform. She has done her own dubbing. Sunil has a role which is thoroughly wasted.

Nenu Nee raja raja: Okay
Choopu Chalu: This one all the way remembered me of the Gala Gala Song from Pokiri. Even the steps seemed to be parody of the original ones. There was a huge response when Nag Tried doing the step from Pokiri.
Bamardi: The dawath function, most prominent one in the telangana region is intellectually used and madhu shalini does the special appearance in the song
Nuvvu Ready: As venky used NTR(Jr.) for a foot tapping number in chintakayala Ravi, has nag used those 6 heroines as the special apperance. There is really no need for those many heroines. Only one step will be there for the entire song and that one too remembers you of the Om Shanti Om Song step. Genelia, Anushka, Charmee, Priyamani, Sneha Ullal and Kamna Jetmalani appeared in the song. Wile Kamna and Priyamani were sizzling, Genelia looked awful with both costumes and her expressions.
Production: Good.
Screenplay-Direction: As always, srinu dealt the complete script in a comic way. The first half of the movie was good but the second half was more like a parody to many films. He should have concentrated better rather than being dependent on these kind of scenes. Most of them might have enjoyed these scenes but you cant expect parody scenes dominating a complete part of the movie that too for a big hero. One thing that I cant stop admiring srinu is that he has casted many in the movie and has blended each character related to the story. That was the best part in Srinu Vaitla. Almost each and every character of the movie is linked to the basic plot of the story and he has handled that quite superbly.
Bottom Line: The Movie is neither great nor bad. Its just a time pass movie. If you are looking for a complete paisa vasool entertainment irrespective of logics and ethics just go and enjoy the movie. The Parody scenes of the movie should be trimmed and that can save the screen time. The movie seemed to be lengthy and perfect trimming might help sorting the problem out. Comedy at frequent intervals make you not to leave your seat. Srinu for gods sake could you please come out of the same old formula you are repeatedly using for all your films.

She will be harassed by her brother in law who has got no character and acts as a broker and is ready to sell her for money. Malik is a 'Miracle Star' played by subbaraju. Yadu, the goon harasses heroine. Siyaji Shindey is a producer who will be in losses after producing few films. Ramaprabha is the mother of Raviteja and will be suffering from cancer. The only dream, aim and goal of Ravi (Raviteja) is to become a notified director.
Performances:
Raviteja: Raviteja is one of the few telugu heroes who has enormous energy in him and this time he proved the same. He is tremendous as an aspiring director. Usually in all his movies he carries the same slang of dialogues but this time his modulation was different and good. This time one can clearly understand his dialogues and he portrayed Ravi's character with immense ease in his body language. The careless attitude of heroes seen in puri's movie is missing here. This might be one of the performances Raviteja would surely remember in his life time.
Seiya: She is neither cute nor had good ease in performance. She is definitely a wrong choice. she is hot in few songs. One thing for sure is her character in the movie, she is confused. Unlike Raviteja who has a clear idea of what he is doing or what he should do, her character has no clear definition and does what ever told by the hero.
Subbaraju: I need a special mention for this character. There are good variations in the character and subbaraju played quite effectively. Be it the conversation with the fans after sairams death, be it his attitude towards fans at the begining, be it the romantic love story with mumaith, be it the way his discussion with Ravi for the new subject, everything were performed at equal ease and energy. Most of the scenes he tried copying the mannerism of mahesh. On the whole he is good.
Sairam sankar: Sairam Sankar as fans president has done a very good job and his character should be a lesson to all the fans who spend lakhs of rupees for a flop movie inorder to get records.
Shiyaji Shindey: Shindey is excellent as a producer who is in losses. Few dialogues were very good.
Supreet as a goon is okay with his routine performance. Brahmanandam is adequate with his role as a director. Venumadhav is good and his deep-shit episode should have a special mention. Mumaith has done a very good job. The scene where there will be an interaction with media has lot of censor cuts. It was good but have been much better. Krishna Bhagwan was okay in the negative role. VV Vinayak appeared in 2 scenes. Ramaprabha was good as a cancer patient.
This time i have special mention to all the website reviewers who concentrated more on the negative aspects rather than on the positive aspects. As everyone had their opinions falling themselves under self defense i too want to question their integrity.
1. Is that not true most of the websites are dependent on filmy gossips. (especially Great andhra, andhra vilas, andhra studio). what percentage of gossips do they have when compared to informative news.
2. Is that not true few reviewers are taking money from the concerned people for few movies and showing dual attitude towards the movies.
3. Is that not true most of the so called educated people rely on these senseless reviews before watching the movie.
4. Is that not true when the movie is purchased by few people from the web media they write positive reviews for the movie. Few times when the movie is not good they dont even write the reviews for the first three days.(Idlebrain)

Story - Screenplay - Dialogues - Direction: There is no story in the movie and revolves towards the 24 frames. Puri excelled in dialogues and direction. Every dialogue in the movie was good. The basic plot is to show the behind the scenes of the movie reels and from puris point of view he has done his job. He showed each and every person that will be mostly related to the movie. Be it a producer, a fan, a hero, a director or the media. He did not leave any one. First half of the movie is racy and the second half of the movie was bit slow and seemed to be dragged. ( This is a common aspect in all Puri's Movies except Pokiri.(Idiot, ANOTA, Sivamani, Bujjigadu etc;.)
Fights: Good.
Music: Music should have been much much much better. I even closed my ears when ever there was chakris vocie. He is intolerable. Chakri why dont you concentrate on the music rather than singing. Man it was hurting please dont sing in such a high pitch with that voice especially.
Photography: Good
Production: Good.
Bottom Line: As Usual for puri's Movie the reviews were bad and i liked the movie. The effort was good from Puri. Some called him 'Puris Confessions on Telugu Cinema', some called him 'Telugu RGV', some questioned his integrity. But each and evary pointed out by Puri is true and these so called web media never accepts that and try to defend themselves. The movie might be a hit or a flop, never mind but a must watch for a Movie Freak.

Story - Screenplay - Dialogues - Direction: There is no story in the movie and revolves towards the 24 frames. Puri excelled in dialogues and direction. Every dialogue in the movie was good. The basic plot is to show the behind the scenes of the movie reels and from puris point of view he has done his job. He showed each and every person that will be mostly related to the movie. Be it a producer, a fan, a hero, a director or the media. He did not leave any one. First half of the movie is racy and the second half of the movie was bit slow and seemed to be dragged. ( This is a common aspect in all Puri's Movies except Pokiri.(Idiot, ANOTA, Sivamani, Bujjigadu etc;.)
Fights: Good.
Music: Music should have been much much much better. I even closed my ears when ever there was chakris vocie. He is intolerable. Chakri why dont you concentrate on the music rather than singing. Man it was hurting please dont sing in such a high pitch with that voice especially.
Photography: Good
Production: Good.
Bottom Line: As Usual for puri's Movie the reviews were bad and i liked the movie. The effort was good from Puri. Some called him 'Puris Confessions on Telugu Cinema', some called him 'Telugu RGV', some questioned his integrity. But each and evary pointed out by Puri is true and these so called web media never accepts that and try to defend themselves. The movie might be a hit or a flop, never mind but a must watch for a Movie Freak.

But this movie has everything but the heart, yes i was talking about the screen play. The screenplay of the movie is very dull and makes you feel bored often. The movie has no comedy which can get laughs out of you, though there were few they might not help the movie. The climax of the movie is too bad.

Manoj: Hmm this was the manojs first movie i watched on the big screen, though i watched his Donga-Dongadi on small screen. Unlike his brother he is something. He turned completely new for this movie. His attire, dialogues, action, comic timing, dance what not everything were something you need to appreciate. Seems he did lot of home work for the movie. The Chase in the first half shows you his dedication for the movie. However he looks odd in the flashback episode.
Sneha Ullal: Unlike her first film Ullasamga Utsahamga, she is modern and she does a lot of skin show in the songs. Her dubbing was odd. She was good in her role.
RiyaSen: Nothing much for her to perform and she is just okay.

My pick of the songs were "kannu Teriste jananamele" and "Yenno Yenno", even "Cheppaka Tappadu ga" and "Enduko Madi" were also good and the remix song "Mabbe Masakesindi le" has special importance. Though the back ground was not that great but on the whole for a debutant Achu has done a mesmerizing JOb.

As i sadi before the heart of any movie screenplay is boring. You cannot expect good results when your heart doesnt function great. That was a worthful effort from the team. If you are the guy waiting for something new on silver screen go and watch the movie. If you just like regular set of movies then better you skip this movie, this is not for you. One thing where i was not convinced is with the fight master who is from some other country. Does this movie needs him is the question to be answered.

Whether varun succeeds in love? Watch the movie if you want to. You can just say yes, he succeeds because this is a telugu movie and of course hero wins who cares he is a intermediate student, even if he is a school boy he should get his love. Thats how the formula for telugu cinema works.

VarunSandesh: Do we need Varun for this role. Any one can easily do this role. There is nothing great/ good about his performance. Better Varun before you act in movies for Gods sake please learn how to speak Telugu.
Till now only Heroines/ Dubbing Artists used to ruin The language and now its the turn of Hero. He looks boyish and thats okay for this film. But varun, You cant just potray these kind of roles for ever. Now you have done the student of engineering, student of Intermediate and what next just dont say a School boy.
Swetha: she is good. Her Dubbing is inconsistent and the audience could not understand few dialogues. The slang she used for few words like Ek-ka-da were recieved great and she has done a good job.
Prakash Raj: Do i really need to say any thing about him. Just give him the character and he shows how it need to look. He did his 100% for the role.
Jayasudha : she is good as loving mother and she pairs good with Prakash Raj.
Rao Ramesh : well, he is the son of Late Shri Rao Gopal Rao whom I admire, thats the reason why i want to mention him specially. He did good in Gamyam. He carried the same in this movie too.
He is the Physics lecturer and he never teaches physics. He teaches everything except Physics. Thats great!!!!
Brahmanandam : he is just okay and his expressions at the time of mouna vratham were superb.
Music: All the songs in the movie were good. Without songs there is no Kotha bangaru lokam and without Mickey it could have not been possible. Mickey is simply superb.
Photography : wow!!! Amazing!!! Photography is great and what a work from from Chota K Naidu. The locations that were chose were simply superb and chota made them look awesome.

Story: The movie kicks off with the introduction of a village 'Devarakonda' and its residents. The story is all about Mr. Akbar Kalam who does everything in the village from paper boy to auto wala. Lakshmi is a brahmin girl who along with her family comes to devarakonda from palakollu. Akbar always dreams about his life that he should complete his degree and quit his auto wala job. He is pursuing his degree in B.com(Honors) and after attempting his exams thrice he isnt passed. Lakshmi is a 'graduate' and is special in making Andhra's favourite 'Avakaya', her goal is to start a hotel and make her Avakaya famous. Masterji is President of that mandal and is played by Rao Ramesh, his character has negative shades. Another member of the panchayat is Babar, his character is established as villan. Lakshmi's father is against muslims, while akbar and lakshmi fell in love. The rest of the story is all about Akbar, Lakshmi reaching their goals and how they won their love.
Performances:
Kamal Kamaraju: Kamal has done the character 'Akbar' and does very little justice to his role. He is strictly okay and doesnt score any points as a lead actor. His histronics are intolerable, his acting in few scenes needs perfect grooming. He is a way behind in sentiment scenes. One should know the scene inorder to know whether he is crying or laughing in the scene. His expressions needs improvisation, however he has good ease and flexibility while dancing.
Bindhu Madhavi: Well, there is much hype about her as a telugu-girl. she is okay. The best part of her in the movie is her eyes and her eyes speaks better than her acting. Thats a good sign but she too needs improvisation in most of the scenes. I dont even understand why she accepted the lip kiss scene, neither the movie nor the song (lyrics) demands that scene. with that scene, if any one has ever got the soft corner on her as our girl is all vanished.
Rao Ramesh: He is very good at few scenes and okay at few scenes. He isnt consistent. Any how he has done his part and is okay.
Story - Screenplay: The story line is neither fresh nor has good aspects for the whole movie to carry. The whole movie lacks pace, such a slow narration makes u feel bad. The ideas were okay but the execution is really bad.
Music: Music is okay. on the screen, personally none of the songs were good. Choreography is good.

Dialogues were okay and few dialogues were extremely good. The director just took two characters and wanted to establish some thing. He then took up the Hindu-Muslim aspect and tried to drag the movie a bit. well, anish though you worked with Mr.sekhar you are not sekhar, you just worked with him. Better u should have chose a very good plot and then worked on the script rather than just taking two characters and trying to make things complicated by creating few characters that support lead roles. The Auto chase scene is very well done, but the end of the chase makes audience fool (dir funny), my dear director.
Bottom Line: Right from the start of the movie, the movie is boring. There is not even a scene which gets attention. The slow narration of the movie killed the life, i would say. The movie lacks good comedy.

Lakshmi asks Shayaji his daughter for Chintakayala Ravi and everyone are happy as Mr.Ravi is a software engineer in U.S.A. Anushka is Mamata's friend who lives in U.S.A. Anushka enquires about Mr.Ravi and she finds that he is not software engineer and a head waiter in a Bar. She tells all this to Mamata and is responsible for Ravi's marriage cancellation. The same old routine story for Venkatesh with a different treatment and Backdrop. 85% of the movie is shot in U.S. There is enough comedy and sentiment in the movie. Comedy is odd at few scenes but could be neglected. I need to mention the scenes that come after the first song and before the second song, they are simply hilarious. That was the best time in the entire movie.

Venkatesh: Routine Performance by Venkatesh. After around 20+ years of his career it would be very bad to discuss his performance. The movie has his trademark comedy and trademark Sentiment (this time Mother Sentiment).
Anushka: Anushka darling has nothing much to perform. Nothing great by Anushka. She is good at times. She looked better at scenes when compared to his previous movies Baladoor and Souryam.

Srinivas Avasarala: Here comes the hero of the movie. He is tall, he is smart, he is funny oh god he is hilarious. The real actor, if the movie is like soup, he is like salt and pepper to the movie. His short, sweet but sharp dialogues make you laugh. He is definitely a very good find for tollywood. I was reading one of the interviews by the director where he compares him with the superb actor ramana reddy with better looks. I totally agree with his statement and
to his acting. The histronics he showed in the song were awesome.
Nani: Nani is good. This is his first movie and he did a better job. His dialogue delivery is good. He has a good ease in acting. He danced well in the first song. The way he performed doesnt remind you that this is his first movie.
Bhargavi : she is okay as a village girl.

Music: Music is good. I personally liked the song ' Aadinchi Ashtachemma Oodinchavamma'. I liked the way the song on srinivas is canned.
Photography : Good
Direction: The story line of the movie is thin, but the way the director handled the story is interesting. Good dialogues.
Bottom Line: The first half of the movie is good. You just dont feel bore at any point of time. Srinivas is hilarious throug out the movie. The second half of the movie is just okay. The climax is boring and not convincing. But you just cant expect something with the narrow story line.
If you are a Mahesh Fan, just go and watch the movie and u will definitely have Fun. I already watched it twice . The Movie has nothing for the Mass audience except the Mahesh Factor.
As far as i know this is the first movie where the complete movie revolves around a hero.

Story: Hari and Ram are twins who born with their heads attached. After the operation to separate their heads, Ram's brain will be affected. He cant judge what is good what's bad. He hates people being intelligent than him. Hari being intelligent than him gets good appraisal from his teachers and parents. Chandramohan(the twins father) scolds Ram and asks him to follow Hari and do what ever he does. Ram hates such thing and hence wants to kill Hari his brother. Chandramohan watches Ram trying to kill Hari and sends him out of the house. Seetha(the twins mother) takes away Ram from Hari and says that she will return only when Ram changes.
Hari is bought up by his uncle's family chalapathi rao and sudha, he becomes a cop and is the Assistant Comissioner of Police for Hyderabad. Ram grows up and his intention to kill Hari never subside. He gets anger and his emotions change when ever people say him dumb and not intelligent. In the mean while, murders of Prabhakar (10 tv reporter and chairmans brother) and Rajeev Kanakala ( doctor and son of kota who is a health minister) creates sensation. Every one including the cops suspects Hari as the murderer based on few incidents. Priyamani plays a typical role who joins in a bank which is about to close and along with Ali tries to collect all the money the bank had to collect. The rest of the story is who does the murders? why? why priyamani always tries to grab attention of Hari and etc n etc;
There is enough story infact the story is interesting. There are enough twists in the movie which helps the story to move forward. One thing which seems funny was when ever i am thinking how is this possible and when the scene which need to support the previous scenes arrives i always thought " hmmm how is this possible". However the movie can be watched for its music, photography, and its technical values.
Twins + Health Mafia + murders + love + sacrifices + scentiment + Violent Fights = HareRam
Performances:
KalyanRam: One thing i would definitely say is i never expected that kind of performance from kalyanram. There are scenes where he need to improve especially in the scenti scenes and the scenes which invove him crying. He is good at action scenes and had impressive serious looks. Dance was good though there arent any complicated steps. I appreciate him for the story he chose, for the decision to make a movie under his banner with a flop director. Ram was terrific and Hari was impressive. He need to improve his acting skills @ scentiment scenes. Dialogue delivery is okay not that great. he should improve in this aspect too.
Priyamani: She is bubbly and good at her charcater.
Bramhanandam and raghu babu make u laugh for quite some time. Brahmanandam steals the show when evr he is on the screen. venu madhav is ok, there is nothing much to perform for him. chandramohan, sudha, chalapathi rao and seetha all of them were okay as per their limitations. kota has nothing great to perform but was good at his scenes.
Sindhu tholani plays a short but important role in the movie. It will be good if u watch it on screen what the role is.
Story - Screenplay: the story line of the movie is interesting but the screen play is slow at certain times. Pace of the movie is a real concern for its long run. with the plot they have they could have made the movie better with a tight screen play and breat taking twists but as i mentioned before u always feel wats ahead? but when u watch the actual scene ur curiosity will all go in vain. Simply one word, the movie is okay but can make that better.
Fights: Good but tooo much violent
Music: u cant compare this to his previous movie but Mickey has done a decent job for this one too. The BGM is simply superb, i liked the chant HareRam... HareRam... He tried different and done a appreciative work.
Photography and Graphics: Good
Production: Good for KalyanRam, his second movie, good production values.
Direction: okay but what can u expect from the director who made VV. He has done a good job when compared to his previous movie. Chase sequence was interesting. Good selection of story but should have taken care.
Bottom Line: Though the movie remains u Manmadha for me its worth watching. If u like watching movies and looking for a different movie with good technical values then dont miss this one. Even if u are a regular movie goer u can watch this for once. But if u r away from different set of movies and like just comedy/love/romantic movies better u avoid this movie.

Story: well, Arvind is fun loving guy who lives life in comfort. Dhanalakshmi is a girl in search of her childhood boy friend. Dont go back and read again you read it right. She lives with her aunt as she lost her parents. Her aunt sets up a marraige with some one else for Dhana's property. She leaves the home and reaches Hyderabad(If i am not wrong), stays with her friend. Arvind fells in love with her at the very first sight. common guys u need to believe this, after all this is a cinema. Arvind tries to impress her. Due to few circumstances Dhana will be projected as if she has some amnesia and she doesnt remember what happened yesterday. From now-on-wards Arvind meets dhana happily and introduces himself every day. One fine day he expresses his love to Dhana. Dhana fires on arvind and tells her story and our hero's heart will be broken. After few incidents arvind starts helping her finding her childhood boy friend.
The remaining story is whether Dhana could find her childhood boy friend(Balaji). will Dhana marries Balaji and what happens to Arvind.

Yasho sagar : I would not like to write even a single line about him because he is not even worth of it. Common yasho u r acting in a cinema and what the heck, y cant u act. If you ever get one more chance to act in a movie please dont laugh. No flexibility in action, dances, fights, even in dialogues. Sivaji's Dubbing is saving grace.
Sneha Ullal : presented in a traditional look, she did good justice to her role. She was good at her role. Damn!! she is hot.. Given an oppurtunity we can expect good results from her.
Suman Shetty could makes us laugh at times. Brahmanandam was excellent though he had very little time to spare on the screen. Dharmavarupu, sunil, venumadhav all are okay.
The 'Hutch' episode, 'Vaddu Saroja' Episode were hilarious.
Story- Screenplay - Direction: There isnt much story but the way director handles the story makes you interesting. the screenplay was okay. when ever you feel bore some good scene, may be a comedy one comes up and makes u laugh. Thats a good idea from the director as he is really dealing two debutants on the screen.
Karunakaran, who delivered a good hit with 'TholiPrema' and later didnt taste any success was on the track with ullasamga utsahamga. But he could not come out of his earlier movies as when u see the movie u could observe few incidents which were just similar to his previous movies. For example, introduction shot of the heroine.
Music - Photography - editing : All of them were good. picturisation of the songs were pleasant.
Production Values: Good.

Story: well, Arvind is fun loving guy who lives life in comfort. Dhanalakshmi is a girl in search of her childhood boy friend. Dont go back and read again you read it right. She lives with her aunt as she lost her parents. Her aunt sets up a marraige with some one else for Dhana's property. She leaves the home and reaches Hyderabad(If i am not wrong), stays with her friend. Arvind fells in love with her at the very first sight. common guys u need to believe this, after all this is a cinema. Arvind tries to impress her. Due to few circumstances Dhana will be projected as if she has some amnesia and she doesnt remember what happened yesterday. From now-on-wards Arvind meets dhana happily and introduces himself every day. One fine day he expresses his love to Dhana. Dhana fires on arvind and tells her story and our hero's heart will be broken. After few incidents arvind starts helping her finding her childhood boy friend.
The remaining story is whether Dhana could find her childhood boy friend(Balaji). will Dhana marries Balaji and what happens to Arvind.

Performances:
Yasho sagar : I would not like to write even a single line about him because he is not even worth of it. Common yasho u r acting in a cinema and what the heck, y cant u act. If you ever get one more chance to act in a movie please dont laugh. No flexibility in action, dances, fights, even in dialogues. Sivaji's Dubbing is saving grace.
Sneha Ullal : presented in a traditional look, she did good justice to her role. She was good at her role. Damn!! she is hot.. Given an oppurtunity we can expect good results from her.
Suman Shetty could makes us laugh at times. Brahmanandam was excellent though he had very little time to spare on the screen. Dharmavarupu, sunil, venumadhav all are okay.
The 'Hutch' episode, 'Vaddu Saroja' Episode were hilarious.

The story starts with two kids, manasantha nuvve kind of and after titles starts with a typical puri fight and song. first song was talaiva and good, dance kuda okay bane chesadu... akkada akkada rajni movies loni clippings vesaru... cheppukotaniki em lekapoyina first half chala fast ga vellipotundi... fights kummesadu.. first half lo vunna songs kuda bavunnayi....
story: Prabhas grows up in chennai after running away from his parents(vizag) for 12 years and comes back in search of his chilhood friend chitti(lover
).. In this process he and sunil will be jailed for fighting with cops and there he meets two guys(sons of kota).. they were impressed by him and they offers him one crore to murder sivanna(MB). prabhas escapes from jail and reaches hyderabad. Chittis sister sanjana is in search of prabhas(bujjigadu) and meets his parents, as they were very serious about her they refuse to tell anything about bujjigadu(of course they too dont know). Prabhas comes to hyd to kill sivanna. The remaining story is about whether prabhas finds his child hood girl friend chitti and whether he kills sivanna or not.

The story starts with two kids, manasantha nuvve kind of and after titles starts with a typical puri fight and song. first song was talaiva and good, dance kuda okay bane chesadu... akkada akkada rajni movies loni clippings vesaru... cheppukotaniki em lekapoyina first half chala fast ga vellipotundi... fights kummesadu.. first half lo vunna songs kuda bavunnayi....
story: Prabhas grows up in chennai after running away from his parents(vizag) for 12 years and comes back in search of his chilhood friend chitti(lover
).. In this process he and sunil will be jailed for fighting with cops and there he meets two guys(sons of kota).. they were impressed by him and they offers him one crore to murder sivanna(MB). prabhas escapes from jail and reaches hyderabad. Chittis sister sanjana is in search of prabhas(bujjigadu) and meets his parents, as they were very serious about her they refuse to tell anything about bujjigadu(of course they too dont know). Prabhas comes to hyd to kill sivanna. The remaining story is about whether prabhas finds his child hood girl friend chitti and whether he kills sivanna or not.Performances:

Cinema kosam characters anthe kani characters kosam cinema cheyyakudadu… kamal chesina first and biggest mistake idenemo.. characters meeda chupinchina sradha cinema meeda chupinchinattaithe cinema ki vachina hype and expectations ki reach ayyedemo… edo oka vishayam pattukoni serious ga cheppakunda comedy ga cheppadam kamal ke chellindi kani bad luck enti ante konni years back vatini janalu baga receive chesukunnaru kani ippudu ala ledu anduke panchatantram, Mumbai express ala ayyayi… cinema flop aye koddi next cinema ki baga hype vastundi malla fail avutundi, idedo cyclic process la vundi.. 10 characters ani hype ichina vallu asalu 10 characters avasaram ento kuda judge chesukovalsindi, appudanna script lo tappulu dorla kunda vundevemo..
Story: story starts off with kamal(govind) narrating a story and something intresting about God. First 15min lo camera angles kummesaru.. simply superb. Govind starts narrating the story from 12th century when cholas are ruling, and their opposition to the people who pray lord govinda rajulu.. ee part lo kamal action kummesadu.. oka bhaktudi ga tana avedana, kopam, nirliptata chala baga chupinchadu. Asin kuda baga chesindi.. chola king ga chesina vadu (I guess its napoleon) chala baga chesadu.
Aa taravata story moves on to U.S. govind oka scientist, edo develop chestuntadu, danini vayil annaru so manam kuda ade anukundam.. adi bio medical sample adi kanuka bayataku vaste motham smash anamata. Adi concept danini bayataku ranivvakunda vundadaniki govind, danini elaina sampadinchi vinasananiki vadadaniki fletcher(kamal) ane U.S terrorist govind venuka padutuntadu.. ee chase lo Madhya Madhya lo different characters ala enter ayyi ila vellipotayi.

7. Punya koti (Dalit leader) : ok but unbearable makeup and dubbing. Can be avoided too. Not necessary for the script.
8. Avatar singh (pop singer) : can be avoided.
9. Bush : not that necessary, just for comedy.
10. Japaneese martial arts trainer : deeni avasaram ento kamal ke teliyali, last fight kosam ee character pettedemo le.
Performances:
Kamal: kamal gurinchi special ga cheppala.. scope vunna roles lo kummesadu, kani anni roles pettakunda vuntey bavundedi. Chiraku vachesindi cinema lo anni roles lo kanapade sariki. Any how a different and good effort by kamal for which he has to appreciated. Nimbi, nadir, fletcher roles lo kummesadu kamal. That’s the reason he was called the best actor. Alane aa muslim role, dalit role, avatar role enduko devuda… chiraku vachesindi.
Asin: 12th century lo role lo chala baga chesindi… normal role loki vache sariki edo teda ga vundi.. suneetha dubbing asale chilipi ga vuntadi… kamal-asin comedy chiraku teppinchesindi… full dragging.
Inka migata valla gurinchi cheppadaniki em ledanukunta….
I want to mention some thing special here… first 20min and the last 20min are really exciting, and excellent rest the movie has nothing in it. Story and screen play meeda ekkuva concentrate cheyyalsindi, bavundedi.. confusing ga cheppalanukunna point ni suti ga cheppakunda ededo cheppadam kamal confusing screenplay ki inko example.
Music : pedda minus. BGM mare keka kaadu kani okay type anthe…
Graphics: chala bavunnayi. Nenu chusina Indian movies lo idi best anukovachemo as far as technical department is concerned. 12th century episode taking, camera angles, danini handle chesina vidanam, tsunami scenes are really exciting. Avi chala baga chesaru.
Story and screenplay : confusing. Should have concentrated on script rather than roles.
Direction : not upto the mark.

PS: when I give a rating I just give the rating as a normal movie lover, I don’t take performances, taking, standards of the movie and all. I just see wheteher the movie is good on the whole or not. And how the movie was carried.
Jalsa :: My Review
The Story About Sanjay Sahu
Like athadu, movie is a story about an individual... while the characterisation in athadu is well defined n dignified, the one in jalsa is dealt in a comic way with few instances of seriousness.
The movie takes off with the voice of superstar mahesh, who gave narration for the complete movie. Pawan is a student of osmania university, who is in love with kamilinee, Prakash Raj's elder daughter. However, PR denies and kamilinee marries a guy who is chosen by PR. Pawan drinks a lot. Next comes introduction of ileana and parvathi. A guy teases both of them and pawan fights with them. Now both of the heroines fell in love with pawan. parvathi proposes and pawan denies.
Ileana and pawan fall in love. Mukesh rushi is a factionist in a village. He tries to kill pavan. in this process the goons traps ali, beats him and attempts to kill him. Pawan fights with the goons with full of emotions and discloses himself as a naxalite.
There comes the interval bang. The post interval starts with mahesh voice again and describes pavans childhood. due to few circumstances pavan joins naxals. In an attack pavan rescues PR and hence pavan starts leading normal life.
the second half is all about why mukesh rushi tries to kill pavan and how he managed to get out.
Pavan :
1. Good at few scenes.
2. comic timing is good, though comedy hasnt that punch(the trade mark of trivikram)
3. He always drinks, of course the reason for this was first disclosed by the narrator(mahesh).
4. Completely failed in dances and fights. Of course audience expect good fights from pavan, he disappointed not only his fans but also common audience.
5. I have to mention about his costumes. well, these costumes are rubbish. pavan seems to be odd in his costumes. looked fat.
Ileana:
1. looked bad
2. nothing much to perform.
3. Dubbing done by swathi, which looked childish. of course her charcter itself looks as if she is a child.
Mukesh Rushi :
1. Dubbing was good, powerful and action too was good.
BGM : Noting great...
Photography : ok
Songs on screen And Choreography : bad toooooo bad.

Analysis : movie starts off with good pace and slows down. 2nd half is a big let down.
Verdict : movie depends on how audience receives the comedy and pavans action. Even the fans are disappointed ofcourse by this time they habituated i guess.
Tagline : At the audio function chiru said "pavan, Just give an average flick fans are ready to make it a huge hit". Let us see if he is able to manage a decent one.
